Returns policy

Customer-Initiated Returns (30 day money back guarantee)
Customer-initiated returns are returns made because the customer is no longer interested in the item for ANY reason, example "doesn't fit", "didn't like it" or "not what was expected". Customers may simply return it within 30 days. Returned items MUST NOT be worn and items MUST NOT be customised and altered example: ring resizing or engraving. They must be in new, and re-sellable condition. Items returned that are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Any refunds or credits will have our cost of shipping deducted. If requirements are not satisfied Just Online Jewellery reserves the right not to accept a customer initiated return.
Customer-Initiated Returns do not apply to rings that have been resized.
ALL customer-initiated returns will be charged a return postage of $11.95.

All items that are defective, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match its image or description may be returned in its original sold condition.
